As per my several discussions with your customer care executives & with your concern executives in Head Office ref no-1686256.
I am not getting any reply from your side. I'll be thankful if you give me the date (for my cancellation refund). Please refund it as soon as possible; Otherwise I have to take he help of consumer forum or some other strong steps.
It is almost one year now how much time will you required. I had no time to waste for such things & hope you too also.
