Refund on cancellation of membership

Apartment type - Studio

Membership period - 01/05 - 30/04/2034.

I got the membership certificate issued on 22/04 after i paid downpayment of Rs. 19500. From May/ 2008 onwards (inclusive), i am paying emi of Rs. 3203 till date.

if we take that till January, i pay emi, total amount in terms of emi paid = (9 months x Rs 3203) Rs 28827.

Total money i put in = 19500 28827 = Rs 48327.

When i asked them, how should i get my money refunded if i cancel my membership, they say bluntly there is no refund. i am worried a lot, as i can not pay future emi's due to my financial inability reasons. please help me out, if possible.
