Irresponsible habbit

The cmc howrah maidan center has not informed me about the exam of 3rd semister of edast course. they have not let me atten classes un less i have cleared my fees. as for saying your batch will give exam seperate if you not pay, and if you pay then you can give the exam with them. but now my batch had given exam and i havent informed. while for fees they called me daily in regular basis but didnt thought it responsible for informing me about the exam date.

now my only request to consumer forum is that if you could arrange for the certificate of that semister or else make the company to refund my semister fees
