Realise of cheque

Dear Sir,

I Mahesh Vandal from Bangalore. I am your silver credit card holder since 2007. I used the credit card last month with Rs 407/- and I have dropped the CANARA BANK CHEQUE no "236091" in BELGAUM (Karnataka) collection center on 22/09 and again i have received an SMS on 14/10 to my cell phone saying Outstanding on your card Rs.423.58/-pay full or min. And today morning i called to help they are saying the which i have dropped that outstation cheque so on 04/10 it has been realized., but the Executive told that that cheque is outstation cheque you need to pay Rs 60/- again. Please confirm why should i pay because i have dropped karnataka cheuqe only and the cheque no is "236091"

Note: I am giving the details of dropped cheque.
