I had purchased a HP LAPTOP for which HP had announced a music 5.1 Home theatre system with DVD player / Remote Etc, it was purchased in the month of 13 February I had submitted a Demand Draft for Rs 1500/- with the Redemption Code LH2EQ6C4BV

and the Bill/ Invoice Copy to the HP Redemption cell, From the Cell it was also confirmed that they had received the money. then why the gift has not been delivered. From this friday till next Monday (10 - 13 April I will not available in my address. so what is happening with the gift which is promised.

So Please do the needful action on this issue.

Lot of Phone calls made to this number 011-41306700 No response now a days.
