Fast Meter & Rude Behaviou

DEa Sir/ Madam,

I am regular auto traveler. I daily take auto to & fro from Hauz Khas to Nehru Place. Most of the times autos go without the meter and ask straight Rs.50 when as per the meter it never comes more than Rs. 42. Today In Morning I took an auto from Hauz KHas Metro Station to Nehru place as usual and this auto guy said that he will go by meter I sat and suddenly I noticed that his meter is running very fast and when i told him he started talking to me very rudely and when I told him that I will take you to Police station he said chal chal le chal... he was very rude to and as I was getting late to office I gave him 100 Rs and he didnt even returned my money. HIs auto no. is DL 1R 6387. KIndly take some action against such auto guys who are harassing the public a lot.
