Excess Charging at CNG filling

I am user of CNG eco-friendly fuel & went to get the gas filled in my car at CNG Station at Sarai Kale Khan at Delhi. I told the person to fill full gas in the vehicle.By the time i came out of my vehicle, the person started filling the gas without notifying me the initial reading & charged me total reading money.

On contacting the customer care, i was told to pay full amount & no satisfactory response was given for any sort of enquiry. I was alongwith my family & the station persons started talking in unparliamentary manner, which caused me severe mental depression.

I request to pl verify & audit such service stations, which being in capital of our our country, also present our attitude towards customers from all corners of the world.
