Cntonment Gas Supply
Mandatory pre paid service not Rcvd

I have pre paid Rs.40/- vide receipt no-081to Cantonment Gas Supply, 31 A/1 J N Tiwari Road, Kolkata- 700 028 (Ph- 2579 3329) for mandatory servicing of my LPG gas stove on 21-Mar.

Since I have not received the service after expiry of 90 days period I have already given a written complain on 11-July but no action taken till today.

I would like to mention that many people like me have opted for the mandatory service and have not received the same.

It is not Rs.40/- but without providing service the distributer have made money, putting the blame on INDIAN OIL.

Request you to look into it.
