Non Refund of IPO Application money

Dear Sir,

This has reference to your Application Form No. 45734596 toward the recent IPO of COAL INDIA LIMITED.

I have applied IPO for 150/- of Coal India LTD through the above mentioned application number. But I have neither been allotted any share nor received any refund of application money till today ie, 18/11 . I have totally confused and fail to understand the reason for non allotment of share and money being not refunded.

Please note my DD No 806813 from Federal Bank Ltd. So I requestd to kindly refund the amount of Rs.36, 750/- in my Saving Bank Account No. 11070100279439 of FEDERAL BANK LTD, Karunagappaly Br, Kollam Dist. Kerala state. as mentioned in your application OR send AN A/C payee cheque to the below mentioned address at the earliest.

Kindly do the investigation for the issue and do the needful to release the refund amount at your earliest.
