Provident fund dues

Dear Sir,

I ‘Rakesh Mumbarkar’ was working as a Design Engineer with Cobit Engg Pvt ltd from January. I had resigned from the company’s services w.e.f 1st March. After resigning, the Provident fund was not paid back to me. Employer has refused to fill the P.F form. Despite several requests through phone, email & letters, the company is not willing to pay back my provident fund dues. It seems that the company is purposely holding back my P.F.

I hope that you will look into this matter seriously & do the needful as early as possible. Kindly allow me to attend bhavishya nidhi adalat on dated 12.10.2009.
