Price is more than the MRP

I bought a Coke bottle of 600ml. The price written on the label was Rs 23 but I have to pay Rs 25. When i asked the reason, they told me that others shop charge more compared to them. Also the shopkeeper told that the price was more as they have to keep the bottle in the refrigerator. I want to know, is it really the consumer have to pay the price of their refrigerator or the electricity bill. Is not it included in the MRP.

I have the receipt of the shop.
