i had received a message on the morning of september 12 saying that i have won 1 million uk pounds and if i had to claim it i contact mr. McMark Rowland...

this person told me to contact one Dr. Barry Gate... he told me that if i had to claim this money i had to pay an amount of 280 uk pounds or 25000 indian rupees... on this statement i grew suspicious and searched on google and i found the page of http://inconsumercomplaints.com... i want 2 know whether it is genuine or not... if fake y has no action been taken yet...
