Irregular supply and rate problems from distributor side

Since last 7 years we are selling coca-cola products from our shop. But, from last few months we are facing a lot of problems from distrubutor side, regarding supply of products and their rates. We informed a lot of times to your sales supervisor Mr. Ramu Sharma, but, we did not get any satisfactory response from your sales supervisor. Even after informing him so many times, products are not supplied to us regularly.

We do also have a refrigerator of coca-cola company. Company restricted us to use this refrigerator to keep their products only. We are also keeping this promise. But, since last many months any of your sales staff, i.e. sales supervisor, assistant sales manager or any other company employee is not taking interest even in hearing our problems. Even your sales supervisor is not providing us the contact numbers of authorities higher than assistant sales manger (Mr. Sanjay Malhotra).

In past, company used to inform us about rates of products through SMS on our mobile number. But, now a days no information is given to us about this. On the other side, the distributor charges us monopoly rates and we not able to argue him about this. Also, he is not providing the regular supply.

Due to all these problems our business is being affected. Provide us the permanent solution of this problem as early as possible otherwise we will be in situation to consider other competitive product for sales.
