Unnecessary hampering in delivery of goods

Sir,

I Gautam Nag, shopkeeper and resident of Binodini Avenue, Dhankal Hatiara, Kolkata-700157, Mobile number 9330984289, wants to hereby draw your attention regarding the inconvenience caused to me from your authorised distributor K. Traders, Ghuni, Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata - 700157.

I am a regular retailer of K. Traders and the guy who supplies the goods to me is named Bablu. But for some days this guy this unnecessarily hampering me regarding the supply of the goods. He is giving reasons that due to insufficiency of space of road in my locality he is facing problems to drive his vehicle to my shop and instead ordering me to stand on the main road to take the delivery of the goods. But i want to mention here that firstly, the reason he has given is completely vague, as the space of the road of my residence is big enough for a truck to enter. Secondly, I am paying for what I am buying and so I too must relatively get the benefit regarding the delivery of goods without discomfort unlike others. I am seriously facing problems due to out of stocks of Coca Cola products and also inavailability to my customers.

So, its my heartly request to you to take severe action and immediately inform your distributor about the inconvenience caused to me. Please comply with my request.
