Fraud with their customers

I want to register a complaint against against Coca cola company, india, for doing fraud with their customers, I have recieved a confirmation message as there is contest where consumer need to send 9digit code to 90996 99699 and he could win a suzuki Gs150R every hour for 45 days between 10am to 6pm, but from last 2-3 days this no. is SWITCHED OFF, and the no is being switched on only for 2-3 mins. I have sent many sms in that particular hour, so i have more probability of selecting as a winner in that hour, but due to companies fraudulant act this could not be possible, please help me..and as a participant of the contest they were supposed to let me know about the contest i still believe that there is Some justice left in INDIA...
