Awful revolting taste in Limca

I purchased a 600 ml Limca at Pondicherry on 28 Apr. The manufactured date was Mar. It had a very disgusting taste and even it smelt bad.

I called the coca-cola customer care on the same day. Very politely they apologized for it and took the complaint. They gave a complaint number (SRHN09040048) and told that their executives will come and collect the remaining product for testing. Later I got a call from them telling that someone is going to come the same day to collect the bottle.

Two weeks had passed now and no one has turned up till now. I never thought that this company would be so negligent. Having a faulty product is not a very big issue but the company is not at all bothered even to know what the fault was. They also told the only complaint received about the product was mine but there are many more similar complaints in this forum itself.

As the company did not respond, now I am doing what I can...

1. I am not purchasing any coca-cola products

2. telling my friends about the issue and advising them not to go for any coca-cola products.

3. I am planning to contact the public health department here and see what they can do
