Non Receipt of order placed till date

I have placed an order through ITBC promotions mail that I have received almost 3 months back. I have paid the amount through my credit card. my order was processed and I was given an order number "MITBC-WEB-0608702". I have sent a mail on 12th March to the "response@indiatodaybookclub.com". In reply to my mail I was intimated that I will receive the order very soon. But till date I did not receive the goods I have ordered. The most frustrating thing is that the promotional mail contains only the mail address but no concact details or customer care phone number to personally get in touch with any of the ITBC members. After another month I written another mail regarding the non receipt of my order and received no reply from their end. Request to process my order I desire my ordered thing sent at the earliest.
