New permanent metered

Sir i am darshan kumar satija i have applied for newpermanent metered for my factory located in b-21 wazirpur industrial area and my request no is-1011726947 and my notification no is 2000030137

i have payed to ndpl by demand draft on 8th of december but till present the meter has not been given by ndpl.i have called many times on there complaint no 66111912 but they doent reply in approprite way

this is a case of harrasment agaist me.please sort this problem as early as possible

and give me the right information
