CODAC, PUNE
NON RECEIPT OF CERTIFICATES

I have done my engineering from S.T.J.Institute of Technology, Ranebennur, Karnataka (Batch 1998). In the same period (1999), one course called CODAC was introduced by C-DAC Pune. It was a part time diploma course in advanced computing for 3 years (6 semester, 7500/- per semester, total course fee was 45, 000/-). I and my other friends were very much interested and took admission. 1st-3rd semester, we all appeared for the exam, got good marks and certificates from C-DAC but due to some reason, this course could not continue in our college and we were informed that we can continue the same from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore as our engineering was complete and were moving to Bangalore.

We contacted BMS College through the principal of STJIT and were informed that we can continue but remaining fees need to be paid immediately. We paid the rest amount and started attending the classes there. All 4th-6th semester course was conducted there and we appeared for the exams also (remaining 3 semesters).

We had paid total Rs. 45, 000/- After that, we had contacted many times the college (both BMS and STJIT), but they are not in a position to reply why our certificates has not come. We had paid the entire money, but certificates from 4th-6th semester still we have not received.

Many times I have written mails to CODAC, but no reply. I want to lodge a complain against CoDAC. Please inform what should be the cource of action.
