Unjustified increase in prices

Dear Sir/Madam,

The outlet of Coffee Day in Sampige Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore-3, is part of a well-known chain, and they have suddenly raised the prices of all their products, and reduced the choice available, on the frivolous pretext that it is for Valentine's Day.

An extra offer or a complimentary item would have been a custormer-friendly way of marking a special occasion, instead of gouging customers for a totally unjustified publicity stunt.
