Postal Address Change request / Complaint against Collection Agency

Dear Sir /Mam,

My Self Prashant Sharma and my card no.4339480132369982. I had made the payment regularly by cheque till date and recieved all bill copy at my home. but now i want to chagne my postal address at my office becoz i have change my house to other place. I already inform to the collection agency if you needs to collect the bill payment so came to my office address and take it. but every time your field executive went to my house. Its my request to you don't send any executive at my house.

If any executive will go to my house again so i never made any bill payment.

Plz update my new postal address emmidiatly.
