Cold drinks sold at normal temprature

Dear Sir,

Many cold drink vendors keep a refrigerator with a glass door, but they don't bother to maintain a cold temperature inside. when asked, they shake their head just to say thats what it is.

and even if some do provide a 'cold' cold drink, they charge one or two rupee extra for it.

the authorities (consumer court and the cold drink companies) must take action against these activities by the vendors.
