Cheating in Admission

Sir,

One of my sister got admission in Sindhu college of Pharmacy in Hyderabad... In counselling..She approached the college before 1 week and they havent responded well..One of the person there told her that he will give her a seat in another college..But she rejected and Paid the fee there..They did not give her any reciept... So when asked about the receipt they told we will not give u and if you are intersted you can join or else you can go. So they took back the allotment order and came back home..after going again preceeding 1 week they told that her seat is being cancelled... So please give us a suggestion how to face this problem...
