Samsung service does not match their slick advertising to sell their products. At best their service is shoddy.
I have complained about my TV not working at least thrice. Their service franchise has visited my premises twice. The first time he did not have the necessary parts and told me that the same shall be arranged and the complaint shall be addressed. The second time a technician visited, i assumed he had come to take care of the problem. However, he was clueless about the first visit and still did not have the necessary parts. He told me that i will receive a call from Samsung service center about the cost of the elusive part. This was at least 10 days ago. No call has come so far.
Very disappointed as all the electronic products in my home i.e. Audio system, fridge, tv, AC are Samsung
