Egarding after sales service

Dear, sir/ madam

since last 12 yeras i am using samsung product, including televison, washing machine, music system etc. i was having problem with my tv, for that i lodge a complaint personaly at your HALDWANI, NAINITAL (UTTRAKHAND) centre on dated 01.09.2009 with complaint numberN9I0122, but service engineer turn up after 15 days of cmplaint and he check tv and inform me that IC is not working. since then number of times i call them but there response and service is very poor . stilll after 27 days of my complaint my tv is not working.

although samsung is renowned for its service but for me it is sorry to say you that i am not gttting that service. i am also planning to buy a new tv but due to this service i have to rethink my decision for samsung.
