I Purchesed above tv from Big Bazar WazirPur Delhi Vide Bill No. T98/370 Dated 25/01 and the above Tv was delivered on 29/01/09 at the time of Instalation I found the alignmet of the picture was not proper So I made a complaint at your Call Center on 30/01/09 vide complaint no 124389

After making complaint one of your enginer visted and he was not able to rectify the fault and he toled me that this complaint will be frowerded to senior engineer Today one gentelman visited he also not able to rectify the fault.

So you are requested to replace the above set
