Sir/Madam,

Name: Santosh Kr Pandey.

Last year (sep'2008), i have applied to withdraw my PF but the amount has not be credited in my account, ..due to wrong account number.

I have given the correct account number which was due verified by the bank.

All the formailites has been done but still after 3 months PF amount is not credited.

please help,
