Fake registraion code

R/Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to the notice that I purchased laptop of Comapq Presario CQ45-207TU on 6-1 from Zephyr Networks, Dharmshala, Himachal Pradesh. On the same day I got it registered in order to claim my gift (Digital Camera). On 7-1 i received registration code from HP redemption cell No.6RRI7D6KC4. Accordingly as desired by them I forwarded DD of Rs.1299/- and all the relevant documents. Thereafter a week when i confirmed about it from HP Redemption cell they told me that the product has already been registered by one Smt. Bhopinder Kaur on 30-12. It was a surprise to me that how they have generated two redemption code against one machine. They even denied about the fact of sending me the mail of redemption code. However, i forwarded the copy of mail send to me by the redemption cell with regard to redemption code. Still I am in regular correspondence with them. After two months they agree that they have received all the documents but the confirmation of the same has been sent to Smt. Bhopinder kaur whereas all the documents including the Bill which is on my name which was send to them through registered mail as well as through email has been ignored and over looked. I send them the scanned copy of Laptop bearing serial No. at the bottom but of no use to them. It is really a great frustration for me and a big lapse on part of HP. Now they have stopped giving the reply to my mails as they know that I have an ample proof to prove myself in the Hon'ble Court. However, before taking further step from my side I request them to kindly initiate necessary action in this matter and solve my problem at an earliest.
