Salary

Dear sir,

I joined this company as sales manager Tumkur on 4th Aug and resigned on oct 15. I even completed my notice period and i worked till 17th nov. But the company people have held up my october and november salary. I have made repeated attempts to talk with HR department but its of no use. They say we dont have fund and things like that. I need money. I am asking my salary. but its been more than a month but i havent received a single paisa. kindly help me sir.
