Dear Sir,

while booking d system, it was specifically told to &&&-

1) delivered parcel at my MUMBAI address & free gift voucher worth Rs.5000/- for Diamonds jewelery at pune.

2) courier man was to opened parcel & installed d system to check proper running to our satisfaction.

But d parcel is lying as it is in sealed conditions.we have not opened & want to avoid later litigation& complainted due to empty boxes, broken product, mis product, etc etc.

3) After logging to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm to claim free gift d system failed to accept my login

4) we have tried to contact on given tel no.011-40502424 but no response due to recorded service & another no.18001024242 is not existed

5) I hav requested company by sending email separately ta response@indiatodaybookclub.com but no any positive response.

6) when & whether company man will come to open parcel & Install d system is a big question?

plz advise per return immediately.
