Comfort Fabric Conditioner
Mixed with wate

I am an avid user of fabric conditioner and I tried a few brands like Bambi and Comfort (the imported one) which is 1 ltr cost Rs 225.00. Then one day while I was shopping at Big Bazar in Gurgaon, I found this 800 ml Comfort for Rs.115.00. I picked up 2 for a trial and Wow!!! amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for, just like the one which we get from the Philippines. Just one full cover of the bottle put on the washing machine after the last rinse, the fragrance smell of it remains till you wear the clothes on and it makes the fabric so soft. When it finished, I went again to that place which is almost 20km from my place just to get that comfort fabric conditioner, but I was told that it was out of stock.

I waited for sometime and fortunately, a new Big Bazar opened in our area in Vasant Kunj and I was so happy to find my favorite Comfort Fabric Conditioner on display. I picked up another 4 bottles this time, worried that it might get out of stock again. After a month or so, my stocked finished and I went to the same place again to buy but I was told that it is out of stock. I felt so dissappointed and bought Bambi instead. But Bambi is not lasting as Comfort 800ml and I dont like much the smell. But one thing I have noticed with Bambi Fabric Conditioner is, it is sealed with cellopane wrapped around it that it cannot be tampered by any retailer shop.

After one week, I went to Big Bazar in Vasant Kunj area and to my comfort.. I found the Comfort Fabric conditioner on display again. I bought 2 bottles and to my HORROR, when I used it that day, it was not the same Comfort I used to buy. It was thinner (concentrated with water). I think half of it was mixed with water. I was so disappointed. The price is the same Rs 115.00 but the contents is not worth it. I like Comfort amongst any other conditioner but if this is the case, I think I will prefer to go back to Bambi again unless until the company is willing to have a quality check on this.

I would like to suggest that if you can do the proper wrapping just like the Bambi Fabric conditoner way of securing the bottle from being tampered, that would be much appreciated. T hese things are done by small retailer in local area, but Big Bazar, I dont expect them to do that. I did nt come back to the said shop as I dont have time, but as a reputed company, I would like to request you to please have a check on the product I mentioned herewith; Comfort Fabric Conditioner, net vol. 800 ml.
