Poor service, wrong product delivered

We had a very bad exeprience with Comfort furniture Hub, Anudh. We had ordered for 3 2 1 sofa set., of which they delivered 3 2 much after the delivery date. The 1 piece came after a month that too of a different colour. Even after so many calls and visits to the shop they have not yet replaced with the right product. There is no manager there who will look after customer service. sales boy are bothered only till payment is received. It has been a mental agony for us to buy from there.
