Non supply of Double cylinde

My Consumer No 13751 I am applied for second cylinder on dated 10.12.07 SL No. UPSO/ 794 to Commander Gas Service, Rajajipurma, Lucknow (Delaer of Indian Oil Corporation Limited) but till date i.e.14.02.2008 i am not received second cylinder. Too many times i am visted in the premises of Commander Gas Service but counter personnel said DVC is not available with us whenever DVC comes i will allot you connection of New Cylinder.
