Non recipt of passport

Sir, ihad applied for passport in decembar 2007 under Tatkal scheme but status show that please submit the clearance of police case pending against you. In this regard it is submitted that i had already enclosed the required permission from the Hon'ble court vide which they have allowed me to have passport from the concerned authority. Therefore Irequest you to kindly look into the matterand issue the passport at earliest. It is lso submitted thatbeing govt employee, I have also enclose the permission from my office which alsi refer to the permission issued by the Hon'ble court.
