Dear Sir... i read a add in newpaper that icici bank sold his commercial vehicle which are reposses by him on 13 aug at park view chandigarh to part in auction they want Rs50000/- DD to part.i deposited the DD and part in auction .after i won some vehicle and many are on hold .icici bank ask me to deposite the repo sold vehicles payment in sector 9 chandigarh contact person Anuraag Khanna.

After that i deposited the cheque of vehicle of amount Rs240000/- Vide Recipt No: L05099645132 Cheque no:424039

Now still my cheque are clear after thats yet icici not relase my vehicle .they told me this vehicles are on hold

1.why this vehicle are auction???

2.If this vehicles are in some problem .why icici employee take the payment???

3.If there are problem please told him to pay double amount to me???

4.After 10days of payment icici refuse to give delivery of the said vehicle

i have spare time to go auctions after that i pay then bank ask that i have more price of this vehicle and all???

please take the legal auction on icici bank
