Cheating by the way of trading in commodity account without my consent

I am having commodity account with "AMRESH DILIP COMMODITIES PVT.LTD. member of MCX India Ltd.

I had been cheated by their staff at Pune office (Wadhwani Plaza, Pimpri, Pune 411018) by way of

trading in my account without my consent.

They had cheated me around a sum of Rs.60000 to 70000/-. When I asked them for the details they

are not ready to give me the detail contracts and they were assuring that they will cover the loss

that they had made. I had contacted their main Head office but not any response from their side.

Now when I repeatedly went to their office above mentioned they are straight away denying and

refusing to give my contracts and deducted the loss from my credit balance.

I was having a credit balance around Rs.148000/- now they had occured loss by trading by them in my account and now they are saying my balance is now Rs.65000/- i.e loss of around Rs.70000 to 80000/-.

I had trusted their staff and they used to give me respect but I don't came to know ever that what

was behind their respect and till now I don't know how many people like me would have been cheated by them.

Please beware of this firm.
