Dear Sir,

Pls find below the follwoing communication had with Deals4all is for your reference. I have bought 2 products through Deals4all through SBI Offer and I have made the payment through SBI CARD. The Order No. and the products are mentioned below:

Order Number 000025676

1) Hyundai Multimedia GSM Mobile Phone TS188 Black Qty : 1

2) S9 HyundaI DUAL SIM Mobile Phone Qty : 1

I have received both the above products as on 29-08-08 and found product No. 2 seems to be defective and I ahve approached Deals4all service center in Chennai. They have gone through the product and I have been informed that the product is defective. Then on I was interacting with Deals4All either by mail or phone (numerous time). I have been given a complaint Number 1015 dated 30-08-08 and also I have been informed that their technical person will get in touch with me. This sort of dilogue has become a routine answer without any result.

How come reputed bank like SBI has tied up with an un-professional Company like deals4all. They really dont deal with the Customer properly. Its totally ridiculous and I really feel obnoxious and also frustrated to say that none of their technician approached me as of date.

I have spent so much of money on the products and when I get defective product, they should rectify the same or relace it. They dont show any seriousness. The deal is over and they are happy with my hard earned money.

I request your good Offices to intervene and to take up the issue seriously with Deals4All. Pleaser go through my below maill which will give clear picture.

It's totally ridiculous and frustrated with regard to your Customer service. Pls go through my below mail (in blue text). I keep getting automated reply but practically nothing happens. I have even called up your Customer service and made a compalaint (Compalint No: 1015 dated 30/07/08) and from then on I kept calling and I only get the feed back saying " My Technical Person will call back". Till now none of your technical person appraoched me. Pls take this issue seriously and sort out the same at the earliest.

I am in receipt of both the products. With regard to S9 Hyundai DUAL SIM mobile phone, the SIM -1 slot is not functional and SIM-2 is functional. I have informed your Customer service and the complaint has been lodged vide complaint No: 1015. I have also visited your service center at Chennai M/s. Deprosys Technologies and they have checked up the product and found to be non-functional of SIM-1 slot.

I really feel obnoxious to say that the product should have been checked up properly from your end before it is being despatched. Please advise me, as to what should I do and what is the alternative.

The issue should not drag on and it should be sorted out immediately.
