Laptop problem before warranty

My name is Harish Kumar. We have purchased the compac v 6000 lap top. The serial NUM cnf7073qdg. Please check the details of the service carried for that laptop. Rite now also i have given for the servicing please check the details ref num 2216383392.
first of all i would like to say the laptop which the dealer has provided or the laptop manufactured is defective. We have changed the dvd rom .in the second servicing you have changed the battery pcb. Now again you have told that there is problem with the pcb. The pcb which you have changed is the serviced one. You people are making fun of customers and making to run behind you. You are not aware of or you people dosent have giving a quality product. We cannot run behind you. Still the laptop is under warranty .now its going to finish in april month of this year. After expiry i cannot catch you or you people cannot do any free servicing. Atleast you people are not giving quality service to the customer. I have lodged many complaints but your service team at bangalore is not giving the quality service. The first thing Your product pcb which has been fitted in my laptop is already serviced one. Now again the same problem has come with my laptop.
If suppose if you cannot give us a quality service iam going to charge you people under legal case .we are not at all satisfied with your product or laptop given to us.
send me reply as early as possible.
Until you people give a shority or reply to my mail till that iam not going to take the laptop back.
