Compalint against axis bank
Regarding Dishonour of the current account Cheque

Anoop Ahuja having the current account in the Axis Bank Ltd in the Karol Bagh Branch from last three yrs.

Now the matter was that I had issued 60 cheques to ICICI bank Ltd against the car Loan. I and my partner always make it a point that no cheques should be dishonoured due to insufficient funds.

But the cheque issued by me to icici bank ltd. was dishonoured by the axis bank ltd and the reason given by the axis bank was account closed and branch shifted.

I got ample calls from ICICI car loan department asking me the reason for the such a act done. Moreover the ICICI bank Ltd. asked me to pay the account of the cheque in the cash as they say i have closed my account. So the cheque issued by me is of no use. The act done by axis bank has hampered my relationship with my partner as the account is operated

By the either survivor. My current account is still in use and regular transaction are done till date.

Also enclosing the copy of return cheque with the Memo of the Axis Bank Ltd. I believe issuing a cheque the from the current account involve direct reputation of the business firm and the partners and the bank have not taken any responsibility till date for hampering my status.
