Not recived PAN CARD

We had applied for change of Name in Dec.07 vide your Acknowldgement no:- 070700300303334.

This is our 4th complaint regarding the same matter of not reciving our PAN CARD which was despatched by your dept.by post on 20th May 08 i.e. almost about 15 days back.

This is a very serious & urgent matter as we find it very difficult to go on with the business without the PAN CARD.

Please understand the urgency of the matter & revert back to us at the earliest about the status of the PAN.
