Hot Wheels Colour Shifters - 2 Pack Assortment item received on 15th September was defective and even after regestering a compain on the companies official website and following up they have not yet come with the item replacement nor refund. This is frustrating and some action needs to be taken. Please see details of the follow-up tickets

Unfortunately, the item does not change color with warm or cold water, we have tried all tempratures of water. The item supplied is defective and we are not satisfied with the item supplied.
