Non payement of maturity

Respected Sir,

With due kind, informing you that, I have an LIC policy of number 120586251 and its maturity was on feburary 2011 has not yet recieved even after complaining so many times, I have not recieved any responce from the respective authority (LIC of India, Delhi-II, branch-11 D). I have experinced this many times from this same branch in many matters. They used to dealy the things when I approch to them for a help.

If I didn't get my maturity within a week, I have plan too file a case regarding this matter in the consumer court against LIC of India.

So please look into this matter immediately.
