Regarding DOA of laptop

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase a Compaq-610 laptop from janakpuri district center delhi, on 22 -Agust 2009 after 3 days the laptop battery is not charging more than 18% .I was go hp service center kirti nagar.the engineer said that the battery will be change of your laptop than after 10-15 days latter the battery of my laptop had changed by engineer after change the battery after 2 -3 days the battery was no charging more than 15% and than i went go again service center the engineer told me the problem of mother board and said me the mother board will be changed. Why i will sufer for that i give payment for new laptop so please i want a new laptop rather than the mother board changed of my laptop. Thanking You.
