Dot on a screen

Dear Sir/Mam,

My self abhishek bhandari residence 1/9168 street no-4 west rohtash nagar shahdara delhi-32 recently i bought a laptop model no compaq 610 10-15 days before i have a problem in my laptop & carry bag there is a dot in the screen i request you to pls change my laptop as early as possible as i spent 33000 for laptop its a big amount for me i already visited the service center but i cant get any positive response.
