Network card not working

Dear sir/mam

I had purchased a laptop of your company 6 month ago. Model no. 6720s. on which I using the window xp service pack 2 as operating system. And all the other software required are downloaded by your dealer from whom I had purchased the laptop

I am having problem since then the problem is that laptop is not able to work in my office network against which I had made complaint to your dealer named as M/S priyaka computers, raipur and gone to your to your local service center number of time to which they had formatted my laptop 3-4 times, installed the network card driver from your company web site etc. but the engenieer are unable to resolve the problem further they are just doing time pass. Then I call to the service 24 hrs customer care, Delhi for resolving the problem I talk with the concern person for 30- 35 min on std line for which I had to pay a long bill as your toll free number was not responding, he had also done the same procedure but was help less and said I had to go to the local service center. Kindly tell me if the local service center is helpless to resolve the problem already so were should I go.

But then also your co. engg. had not given the service. In 24 hours My complain id given by the customer care is 2600433020.

if you people are not able to give the service since 6 month then why you are giving assurance for the service

if you are unable to give the service then kindly buy back or take my laptop as my purpose for which I purchased is not resolved since 6 month and rest 6 month will be laps with this communication and then you people will say as the warranty period is over we are unable to do the service without pay.

Kindly send the engg. From any were as the local service engg. Is not capable to resolve the problem else take my laptop.
