Non-working of the CD Drive

I have purchased a laptop from M/s. Datacom, Angamaly, Kerala. The DVD drive has got a complaint of not opening and registered with your Bangalore Offiice. After 3 months the same has replaced by M/s Vertex, Ernakulam. but still we cannot write from the DVD. I have approched both the service provider M/s Vertex and dealer M/s Data com, Angamaly. They suggest to reload the XP for resolving the complaint. kindly make arrangements to resolve the problem
