Compaq/C 700
Problem in sound system

Dear sir,

I have purchased my lap top bearing Model No. Compaq C 700, Product No. FF394DA#ACJ, Serial No. CND8272GS2 from M/S. NAWLAKHA COMPUTERS, Raipur, Chattishgarh on 8th August. Recently I had found that the left speaker is not functioning. Meanwhile I left Raipur and reached my home town Agartala. Thereafter I lodged my complaint at your authorised service centre at Agartala, Tripura namely C J Infosystems, and handedover the lap top by making a Job Card on 09.07.09. On 16.07.09 the said service centre returned my laptop without providing any service with a remarks "VLC player found in this system". At present the MUTE mode of my sound drive is also not functioning even while connecting the headphone, speaker remains in ON mode and the Master Volume is not functioning properly to control the audio volume.

As such, I would like to request you to kindly provide me the necessary assistance to remove/repair the problem and extend my warranty period until finalisation of the complaint.
