Compaq cq 40-108 TU
Poor service

My complain is to the management of the company how they are handling the services, my complaint no. is4605459481 ref to it I had handed the laptop to them on 23/10/09 which they delivered the same to their service centre in jabalpur (M.P) on 28/10/09 .

Time taken by courier service is maximum next day then why 5 days taken for the same. Now when they make a despatch five more days will it rome for final dilevery.

Now till to date my laptop is not repaired by your centre the say some parts is coming when it will reach to us, we replace the same and send back to you.

So see how in todays fast working system how the compaq people are working.
