I have purchased a Compaq Presario notebook (Cq40-327TU) on 16th june there was a Free gift of motorola moto q mobile, on sending the claim documents Eventhough I have send all the required documents and a DD of 3999 within the stipulated time, from sending my required documents 11 weeks goes but no gift has been sent to me yet niether any confirmation has been sent.
