Didnot received Motorola Moto Q Mobile Gift on HP Notebook

Dear Sir,

I have bought a laptop product compaq CQ40-327TU & product serial no.(s) CND9095JFS under gift scheme. We have deposited the cheque amount of Rs. 3999 on dated 16 June through cheque, As per company policy and terms & condition they have commited to deliver within 6 weeks.

Till Now i haven't received the gift

So, please kindly look into the matter.
